Steps to Setup & Use EasyDirector ® Copyright © 2010 AITechConsulting Ltd. All rights reservedAITechConsulting 1.Download EasyDirector software from 2.Install and start EasyDirector. 3.Setup your master profile on the Administration page. 4.Do the following general setting steps on the administration page: I.Click on configure general settings. Contact Manager - Create your new contact. Using EasyDirector ® 5. Catalog Manager – Load your products & services. 7. Opportunity Manager – Manage leads to sales. 6. Schedule Manager – Schedule appointments, deliveries, meetings with your contacts. 10. Document Manager – Load or store your documents. 8.Order Manager – Manage supply and delivery orders. 9. Add Notes – As you work with your contact, you can make notes of all interactions for future dealings or discussions. 8. Click on Invoice Manager Add Notes – Track payments or related activities of invoices with notes Add Attachment – Attach copies of checks, or any document received from customers to the invoices Cancel Invoice – Cancel Invoice if needed Apply payment to Selected Invoice(s) – You can apply payments to outstanding invoices by installments or lump sum. Track invoices to zero outstanding balance.
