MULTI-MEDIA UNIT OBJECTIVES

I-PHOTO STUDENTS WILL BE ABLE TO: –Import images from a digital camera or from other sources –Edit images by cropping, rotating, removing red-eye, etc. –Export images for use in other iLife projects and applications – images to other people

ITUNES STUDENTS WILL BE ABLE TO:  Download songs into iTunes from cd’s etc.  Use iTunes in other iLife projects

GARAGE BAND STUDENTS WILL BE ABLE TO:  Create an oral podcast using Garage Band software  Share podcast to iTunes  Upload podcast to iMovie

IMOVIE STUDENTS WILL BE ABLE TO:  Import video/still clips  Edit imported clips  Apply special effects to clips  Add transitions between clips  Import audio/music  Export a movie to iDVD

IDVD STUDENTS WILL BE ABLE TO:  Create a new iDVD project  Add content to the DVD  Burn the iDVD project to a DVD  Use the help menu to solve problems for all of the iLife programs  HAVE FUN AND LEARN BY EXPERIMENTING!!
