Associate Members: –Fill out an application –Pay yearly due of $20.00 In Order to become a full member of SAPP one must: –Fill out an application –Pay yearly due of $20.00 –Accumulate 30 points for the fall and 30 points during the Spring semester.
These Points can be accumulated in several ways: –Attending SAPP Meetings point each –Attending SAPP Volunteering functions point per hour SAPP will only count up to 20 hours of volunteering directly towards membership 15 points of the 20 must be for SAPP held events –Tabling, chalking, rainbow rehab, shadowing, donations etc. –Attending Sapp socials points –Helping with Fundraising Events points
To keep your benefits as a full member you will have a reduced set of points You will have a minimum of 20 points a semester –10 of the points will count toward SAPP provided volunteering events –10 points will be from meetings, socials, etc.
A scholarship is given out every Spring Full Members only An essay that is 4500 characters The topic is given out in October 6th Due in March of 2009 The Scholarship will be given to the top two essays Amount will be announced later in the year
