 As many of you know, Mr. Hampton spent most of his spring break moving all of his “crap” from his old, rental house to his newly purchased home.  For those that do not know, this is actually the 3 rd home I’ve tried to purchase.  #1: 4/2 in Hawthorne, FL  Refused to sell.  #2: 3/2 in Ocala, FL  Too greedy/did not want to repair 24 year old leaking roof.  #3 (THE WINNER): 3/2 in Ocala, FL  Two ex-teachers used to live there and passed away.  Over break, I’ve had plenty of time to think of what works and what does not work.  Hence, we have some changes to 4 th quarter Back to Business!

 I am creating a new grade for this class that will fall into your CLASSWORK category.  It is called “Responsibility Credit.” 4 th Quarter Changes

 We will be starting our new novel, “Night.”  It will cover World War II and The Holocaust.  I’ve you’ve ever studied the Holocaust before and hated it, give me a chance.  Many if you hated English before me and now actually find reading tolerable and/or enjoyable.  Just trust me…!
