Welcome to 10 Mile Wednesday

What is 10 Mile Wednesday? Since 1994, 10MW consists of a group of friends (usually 5-12 strong) that meet every Wednesday morning at 5:45am to get in a long mid week run before work. 10MW has become a great training tool for upcoming races and a perfect way to socialize with friends. Opportunity exists to leverage 10MW to help raise funds for charities!

10MW Opportunity To Help Others 10MW Fundraiser Concept “Charity of the Month Run”Host a 10MW “Charity of the Month Run” to help raise funds for a specific charity The “Charity of the Month” will be contacted in advance so they can inform supporters/members (via s, phone calls, etc) about the upcoming 10MW fundraiser Leverage Active.com and RRS databases ( s) to get the word out about the 10MW charity run and which charity will be featured.

10MW Opportunity To Help Others 10MW Fundraiser Concept Cont. Simple “Coffee Can” donations: Everyone that meets for 10MW Charity Run will donate $10- $20 (check made out to Charity) before the run. All funds received during the month will be donated to the featured charity 10mw T-shirts (i10mw…Do U?), etc will be available after the run and on the 10mw website as additional fundraising effort (all profit will be donated to the feature charity)
