Why a Survey?  To better understand the needs and wants in the TownCreek Community.  To quantify the needs in the community – DATA!  THE GOAL: is to use this data to create a community action plan to help address the challenges, found in the survey, through community programing. BHO 8/31/2015

Community Survey Info  Began Community Survey in October  TownCreek Vision distributed 300 surveys in churches and at community center.  TownCreek had a community action day and passed out surveys.  TownCreek Vision collected surveys in May  68 surveys were collected.  23% completion rate.  Average completion rate is between 10% - 15%.
