 Currently meet second Tuesday of every month at Cardiff Royal Infirmary at hours.  Options: Stay the same; Or something different Option A Monthly, at hours at CRI second Tuesday of every month. (Rationale: lots going on at the moment with cutbacks etc, free parking at CRI and access to rooms, change of time so able to come straight from work) Options B Monthly, at hours at on (bi-monthly, earlier time, new venue etc) Over to you...  Harrogate International Centre, May  Submitting a Congress resolution or matter for discussion is your chance to lead the debate and influence the RCN agenda for the year ahead.  The deadline for submissions is 28 November  We have at present booked five rooms at hotel near the Centre.

 Felt that this year we wanted to have a resolution submitted.  Chair after listening to members and current situation regards to pensions and austerity measures felt that we need to address ‘Article 12’  Sent out handouts to help write resolution.  Other resolution ideas from Wales include IT access.  Question?  For submission of this resolution?  Any other resolution ideas?

 Forge better network with the Independent Sector  Need an activist who will liaise with this sector  Thoughts on this?  Volunteer?
