 Heat applied transfer vinyl and cad cut heat transfers are a great way to customize shirts, jerseys, sweats and much more. Heat press vinyl is great for small run customization for names, numbers, simple text and logos, and on the spot decorating! Lets say you have a baseball team to decorate. They have 22 jerseys with all the same front logo, no problem to screen print right? However, on the back they want an individual name and number on each jersey. If the only thing you can do is screen print, that's 44 different images you would have to print films for, burn screens, and carefully print. With a plotter and this heat applied transfer vinyl you can cut, weed, and heat transfer in a matter of minutes! Adding heat applied vinyl to your business can save you time and make you money.

 The most common process lays one color at a time, the dye being stored on a cellophane ribbon that has each color on a separate panel. Each colored panel is the size of the medium that is being printed on; for example, a 6" by 4" dye sub printer would have four 6" by 4" panels.  A dye-sublimation printer (or dye-sub printer) is a computer printer which employs a printing process that uses heat to transfer dye onto medium materials such as a plastic card, paper, or fabric.

 A heat press is a machine engineered to imprint a design or graphic on a substrate, such as a t-shirt, with the application of heat and pressure for a preset period of time. While heat presses are often used to apply designs to fabrics, they can also be used to imprint designs on mugs, plates, jigsaw puzzles, and other products.
