Description of the service Techmonitor is an annual service that delivers to a client a monthly document with the selection of all the new patents just issued on a global scale, on a specific topic of his interest. Each patent file has a title, an abstract describing the innovation, the name of the inventor, the name of the company that holds the IP, in English language. Further information is available upon request. Each monthly report has a variable number of patents, typically from few units up to a dozen of new patents, depending on the actual number of patents that have globally been issued in that month, in that specific topic.. Each monthly report includes patents that have just been issued, not more than 30 days before the delivery of the report, describing inventions just in the specific sector required by the client; each report is delivered electronically, either to the ELP member (that will forward it to the client) or directly to the end user, with the ELP member in cc. TECH MONITOR Production and sales: Tech Monitor is the name of the service but it is also the name of a company producing it, established in Italy, based in Verona, founded by Marco Baccanti and other shareholders around six years ago. The company has dedicated trained personnel specialized just in scouting information on IP data bases and in the report preparation. All the major w/w intellectual property databases are accessible to Techmonitor experts. The specific industrial or technological sector is not critical for Techmonitor experts, whose skill is in scouting and selecting IP information independently on its topic. Once a new contract with a client is generated through an ELP member, all the related monthly reports will be produced and delivered electronically either to him, or to him and the final client, according to ELP members request. Up to 3 free monthly reports may be offered to a potential client before the signature of the order, just to allow him to experience all the benefits of the service (or to make him addicted to it…). Once the contract is signed and paid, the service starts and lasts for another 12 months, with 12 monthly reports.
