Mail Entry & Payment Technologies Technical Credits 7 Eligibility Volume will be evaluated across qualifying permits for each business location (CRID) Tech Credit will be awarded for each CRID where the annual volume exceeds 125,000 pieces. Only volume that can be mailed Full-Service will be included in this count 125,001 – 500,000 Full-Service eligible pieces = $2,000 postage credit 500,001 – 2,000,000 Full-Service eligible pieces = $3,000 postage credit 2,000,000+ Full-Service eligible pieces = $5,000 postage credit Notification Process Advance notification of eligibility for Tech Credits will be given to users associated with qualifying CRIDs. Redemption Process Any permit linked to a qualified CRID may use the Tech Credit in mailings that contain 90% or more Full-Service pieces.
