COST LEADERSHIP STRATEGY  Low cost producer in the industry.  Ability to produce top quality automotive batteries for any make/model for any type of vehicle from ATV’s to motorcycles to 18-wheelers at a cost lower than any of the competition in the industry.  Due in large part to our ability to outsource materials at the lowest possible rates and our enhanced in house manufacturing facility that accommodates a low number of staff.  Our state of the art technology enables us to cut back on human interaction in the manufacturing facility thus lowering our cost to manufacture.

TARGETED SEGMENTS  Pursuit of economies of scale, proprietary technology, preferential access to raw materials.  Ability to sustain the lowest cost form of the product by adapting process strategies to accommodate lower pricing structures.  Designing products for efficient manufacturing.  Expertise in Manufacturing engineering  As well as focus on distribution channels

KEY BENEFITS  Potential advantage is the development of economies of scale.  A competitive edge or advantage is a benefit of the Cost- Leadership strategy.  Ability to charge less while making profits similar to those of competitors.

UNIQUE CAPABILITIES  The ability to set the floor on market prices for a specific product.  Also, the possibility to switch between suppliers at a low cost interval is an integral part of cost-leadership. In order to shop for the lowest materials, you need to be able to change suppliers on the spot in order to keep the cost from increasing.  Our products are available online and at most of your local retailers.  We offer automotive batters for every type of vehicle on the road.

VALUE PROPOSITION STATEMENT  We are the leaders in adapting our manufacturing and sourcing of materials to ensure that we as a company are a low cost leader in the industry.  By updating our technology in distribution and production, we have been able to make the production and delivery of our merchandise the lowest in the market.  You should purchase our product over other leaders, because it is essentially the same product made with comparable top notch quality just in an exceedingly more efficient and cost reduced method.
