WHAT DOES SPECIAL EDUCATION OFFER? ● HELPS STUDENTS TO BECOME THE BEST THEY CAN BE! ● TEACHES STUDENTS HOW TO TAKE CARE OF THEMSELVES IN THE ENVIRONMENT OF THE REAL WORLD ● HELPS GROW MORE CONFIDENCE IN ACADEMICS

HOW IT HELPS ME? ● I GREW MORE CONFIDENT ● I REALLY INCREASED MY ABILITY TO READ ● I HAD SOME DIFFICULTIES IN MIDDLE SCHOOL BUT OVERCAME THOSE CHALLENGES

MY HIGH SCHOOL EXPERIENCE ● I BLOSSOMED LIKE A FLOWER AND STARTED TO BLOOM ● I BECAME MORE MATURE AND HAD GREATER FOCUS ● I MAINTAINED A 3.96 GPA AND CURRENTLY HAVE A 3.96 GPA

● I WAS IN SMALLER CLASSES AT FIRST, BUT HAVE MOVED TO LARGER CLASSES AND I AM IN AN ADVANCED MATH CLASS; THIS SEMESTER I AM MOVING FROM ESSENTIAL HISTORY TO US HISTORY I ● I AM HELD TO A HIGH STANDARD MY HIGH SCHOOL EXPERIENCE

GOALS AND INTERESTS ● MAINTAIN A HIGH GPA ● PARTICIPATE IN THE DUNGEON AND DRAGON CLUB

GOALS AND INTERESTS ● ON TWO TRACK TEAMS ● SPOKE IN FRONT OF MY PEERS AT TOWN MEETING (INTERNET QUESTION) ● CERTIFIED IN FIRST AID AND CPR

CONCLUSION... IF I DID NOT HAVE THESE SUPPORTS I WOULD NOT BE IN THE PLACE I AM TODAY. IF I COULD GO BACK IN TIME AND CHANGE EVERY PAST PROBLEM I HAVE EVER RECEIVED IN MY SHORT LIFE SO FAR, I WOULD USE WHAT WISDOM I HAVE GATHERED TO CHANGE THE ENTIRE COURSE OF MY HISTORY. I DO BELIEVE THIS WOULD HAVE A POSITIVE EFFECT. I FEEL GREAT IN MY CONFIDENCE AND HOPE THAT ALL STUDENTS CAN FEEL THIS WAY!!
