Intended audience is C/SSgt through C/CMSgt. 2.5 Days Hosted at the wing level.  Four per year (two north, two south) Prerequisite: BCS or Encampment (ATS is highly recommended)  Prerequisite wavier available by NCOS Commander Introduction to leadership and teaching methods.

Cadet Officer Basic Course

Intended for Cadet Officers. 9 Days. Hosted at the wing level  Once per year Prerequisite: NCOS (SNCOA is highly recommended) Advanced topics in leadership, management and officership.

Wing Cadet Programs support BCS  Provides two copies of the BCS program documentation.  Provides two copies of the BCS student literature (local reproduction required).  Provides student graduation certificates.  Provides student “go home” cards.  Loaning of 4 BCS guidons.

Advanced Cadet Staff Seminar Designed for Phase IV cadets and Cadet Commanders
