 Aerobic exercise is any type of activity that uses large group of muscles and you can maintain continuously.  It is a type of exercising that gives the heart and lungs a challenge and makes them work hard.  Find a continuous activity that keeps the heart rate up and move towards a healthier lifestyle.  (Source: American College of Sports Medicine) What is Aerobic Exercise?
