Management information systems or what is known as (MIS) combines information technology and computer science and management aimed at building computer systems technology is working to help various organizations to do its work, and the number of jobs, help desk and carry out tasks of accounting and organization of meetings, and all that helps organizations in decision- decision.

The use of enterprise computing systems in the administrative processes reduce the burden and expense on the financial staff, and overcomes many of the negative aspects of human labor, which may cause the boredom of routine work or lack the necessary moral incentives. It also helps to reduce the size of institutions. The institutions to acquire management information systems increases the competitiveness of the institution in the work environment. However, some wrong to use these systems in the administrative institutions to get rid of paper documents.
