All of the InSAI staff are former Indiana educators who served on InSAI Steering Teams and implemented InSAI’s Vision-to-Action process at their school.

ASAI Mission To assist schools with the process of change for the purpose of raising student achievement and closing achievement gaps. Change Process: Vision-to-Action © American Student Achievement Institute This mission of the American Student Achievement Institute is to assist schools with the process of change for the purpose of raising student achievement and closing achievement gaps. The process that InSAI has developed with input from over 300 schools is called Vision-to-Aciton.

Steering Team Attend four ASAI training sessions Complete tasks: a. Conduct meetings with a local School Counseling Advisory Council b. Compile a School Counseling Portfolio Submit the School Counseling Portfolio:  Indiana Gold Star School Counseling Award  Recognized ASCA Model Program Award The Steering Team will attend four training sessions provided by the Indiana Student Achievement Institute. They will also conduct seven meetings with a local School Counseling Advisory Council and submit a portfolio to the Indiana Department of Education for the Indiana Gold Star School Counseling Award.
