Overview for New Employees 2012 Welcome to

Tech-Line is the fastest growing information technology support services company in the state of Nevada. We are the #1 provider of technology services among hospitals and banks in our region.

Tech-Line is a service oriented business and our success depends upon making our customers happy. Our company’s revenue comes from the sale of technical services and components.

Founded and led by our CEO, Jason Martin, our company structure consists of four departments. AdministrationCustomer Service Marketing & SalesTechnical Services

The Administration Department is responsible for management and operation of the company. The head of the Administration Department is Jason Martin, Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Martin is always interested in the needs and ideas of the staff. Contact with his office is made through Kayla Stafford at phone ext. 250.

This department is responsible for providing the highest quality of customer care and customer satisfaction. The head of this department is Jessica Corwin, Director of Customer Service. Contact with the Customer Service department can be made through Andrew McSampson at phone ext. 273.

This department is responsible for growth of our customer base and development of incentives to increase business from our existing customers. The head of Marketing & Sales is Phillip Jordan, Marketing Director. Contact with the Marketing & Sales Department can be made through Lee Ann Lancaster at phone ext. 297.

This department is responsible for providing information systems service to our customers in their offices and over the phone. The head of this department is Klaus Van Dorn, Director of Technical Services. Contact with the Technical Services department is made through Victor Henson at phone ext. 233.
