Safety/Organizational Measures: BEFORE APRIL 22, 2016 Groups will consist of at least 1:10 staff to student ratio Day by day agenda to parents Chaperone meeting Chaperone, student, and parent meeting Chaperones, students, and parents will have a list of all staff and student names and numbers via group phone tree
