Pool Phase “Ross House Pool” Ceramic tile and painting in the new changing areas and First Aid office are complete. New plumbing fixtures are ready to be installed in these areas. Brentwood UFSD

Pool Phase “Ross House Pool” The Illumawave lighting system has been installed in the main pool room. New ceramic tile in the main pool room is currently being installed. Brentwood UFSD

Pool Phase “Ross House Pool” The installation of the new filtration system is nearing completion. Brentwood UFSD

Phase IA Brentwood UFSD Phase IA Fire Alarm, Exterior Door, and Bleacher replacement projects are complete. Contractors have completed punch list work and are currently in the closeout process.

Phase II - North Elem. School - Ross Center - Northeast Elem. School - Oak Park Elem. School - North Middle School - E. Kindergarten Center - Twin Pines Elem. School - West Middle School Brentwood UFSD The following buildings are associated with Phase II which will begin this summer.

Phase II (cont’d) Brentwood UFSD The scope of work in Phase II will include: Window replacements Electrical, HVAC system, Plumbing upgrades Fuel tank replacements Exterior bleachers and Site work Exterior door replacements Locker room renovations Space expansion at selected buildings Phase II is currently in the Planning/Design phase. Drawings were to submitted to S.E.D. in December, 2007.

Phase III Brentwood UFSD Phase III includes work at all schools. The scope of work is limited to district-wide Technology and Security upgrades. Technology bids have been awarded and work has begun at the High School. Security bids have been received and are currently being evaluated by the Architect, Construction Manager and District.

School - Sonderling Center- Laurel Park School - Loretta Park School- Southwest Elementary - Hemlock Park School Brentwood UFSD The following buildings are associated with Phase IV which is scheduled to begin in the summer of 2009.
