Sangren Hall WMU’s largest classroom building –Largest in size – 200,000 square feet –Largest in total classes scheduled 350 to 400 classes per semester Home to College of Education –Counseling Clinic –Reading Clinic –Education Library Home to Sociology –Kercher Center for Social Research

Sangren Hall Renovation Phase 1 approved for planning by State Legislature in 2008 – Budget $15.6 M Associated costs for WMU: $1.4 M WMU will plan for both Phase 1 and Phase 2 – Budget $56 M Associated costs for WMU: $12 M  Fall 2009 – decision on approval of both Phase 1 and Phase 2
