The extranet is your tool to: track logged voice & data faults find information about eircom and its products and services order certain eircom products & services online query account and billing information specific to individual customers access to the latest business & technology trends access to technology news on a daily basis

Your corporate.eircom.ie Home Page Links to useful information and help to get you around the site New features on the Extranet or articles that are relevant to you Get contact information for your Account Manger & phone number for CSC. Again this is personalised for each user A tool to quickly access all the main areas of the site Get the latest business, technology and telecoms news here. To change your details or set a new password, simply click here and fill in the new details The site is personalised for each user. If these details are wrong or your position has changed then you can amend them

Gateway Overview The site is divided into nine different gateways

Product and Services Gateway Overview Use this area to access information on eircom products and services. You can submit any queries you may have on the products & services by completing a product query request form Information on eircom’s partners and subsidiaries, and the corporate service centre can also be found within this gateway

Fault Reporting Gateway Overview This gateway provides you up-to- date details on the current status of your logged voice & data faults. It allows you filter the faults so that you can view each fault in more detail. It also shows the history of the fault from the date that it was first logged.

Management Reporting Gateway Overview We will be providing you with a suite of reporting tools that will enable you to access account information and view product usage statistics The first of these reporting tools allows you to analyse your company accounts in terms of call volume, duration and value The same report will also allow you to confirm account information such as the number of lines, the associated telephone numbers, installation addresses and eircom exchange details We are currently developing further reporting tools and we will keep you updated as to their progress in the coming months These reports are SSL encrypted on a dedicated server and are password protected while users can also use digital certificates for extra security
