Issues and Concerns Sustainability beyond CY 2013 Terms of References/Clear Guidelines signed by participating agencies to get support in ground implementation The need for support from the RHUs which is devolved from the DOH and under the jurisdiction of local government units The need for Manual of Operations Problems encountered in SMS reporting  No confirmatory text received from system  Difficulties in sending data (invalid SMS, invalid formats)

Issues and Concerns Budget Constraints: Budget for traps and pellets from DOH is barely enough to cover black tumblers and 3 months supply of OL pellets

Other Concerns Congressional Requests  Printing of stickers/labels with Name of Congressman in selected schools  Additional supply of OL Traps to be distributed in the community  Mini launching/photo op with Congressman for areas where traps have been delivered to the schools already.
