Purpose: To develop a watershed management plan to restore and protect water quality and quantity in the San Diego River watershed. Watershed Management Plan

The plan will identify priorities and strategies for protecting and restoring: –natural systems of groundwater recharge, –native vegetation, –water flows, –riparian zones, –beneficial uses of waters, and –overall water quality. Focus
