Organize training workshops for local stakeholders, giving priority to potential grantees in the geographical priority areas, on identification of project issues and project design and proposal writing 4. Capacity training for NSC members and collaborators on CBA to assist project proponents

10 CBA Preparatory Workshop Conclusion CC adaptation a critical issue in Viet Nam, attracting special attention from national and local governments strategic issues in Government environmental programmes (2nd communications report on CC to UNFCCC) and GEF Viet Nam Action Plan for GEF 4 CBA provides opportunities to addressing the critical issue of CC adaptation and thus meeting the expectations of national and local governments and communities (not many projects yet to address CC adaptation issues at the local and national levels)
