What’s available Cordless lapel microphone Epson LCD projector Computer Video & DVD player Cordless mouse & keyboard Remote contol OHP (where applicable)

Safety & Security 24 hr surveillance Alarms at side entrance Equipment secured and locked Users are responsible for safety Students should use back entrance/exit (where applicable)

Where to Start? Book venue (SAPSE) Collect keys at AVS (ext 3250) Get to lecture theatres early All equipment will be in a standby mode

Step1-using your flashdrive Power on projector using remote Insert flash drive into relevant usb Attach cordless mic Use remote to navigate

Step 2 – remote navigation

Using your laptop Plug in usb cable Can control from remote Connection to LCD projector if you have bluetooth available

I am done..what now? Replace all equipment in desk eg. Mic, remote etc. Remember your flashdrive/laptop Lock and return the key to AVS

Conclusion AVS dept. is responsible for back-up support. Extra batteries are available in the desk
