Health Science Technology Education Building Facilities for Future Healthcare Workers

Health Science Technology Classroom

One HSTE classroom with storage area and shelves

HSTE Theory Classroom Also, suitable for teaching Introduction to Health Science, Medical Terminology, and Sports Medicine

HSTE classroom with tables allowing for instruction of theory and skills

Work areas for skills practice and teamwork activities

HSTE classroom with teachers office and partition allowing separation of classroom and lab area

Computers with Internet access available for student use

HOSA – An integral part of the HSTE curriculum. Showcase of awards serves to recognize student achievements.

Patient units are used as teaching laboratories. The labs should closely simulate healthcare facilities.
