Memo Requests have NOT been approved by the Transportation Director yet No Federal Aid Balance sheets today

December 2013 – Memorandum from Office Engineering Must get Authorization through FHWA first Failure to comply – Federal Aid funds can’t be used

Funding sources ATRIP Regular Federal Aid Coordinate with the office of funding source Allow for plenty of time to approve and authorize Don’t forget the relocation plan and estimate
