Internal handover Required New business PM ensure final pitch docs on server New business PM produces handover doc: Pitch docs with reference to server location & short summary Summary of ambition List of objectives (to scope / to deliver as per pitch etc.) List pitch team and contact details if non-Zone Internal handover meeting(s) with New business PM, pitch owner and proposed client partner (pitch owner to arrange) Client partner to sign printed handover doc to accept work (New business PM to file)

Establish core team Required Client partner read pitch docs Assign AM, PM and functional leads from client group Recommended SAD, PD read pitch docs If not possible, SAD & PD to set up project in interim with support from functional heads AM, PM and leads read pitch docs

Initiate Required AM sets up client/project folder on nZone PM writes SoW, timeplan, budget and sets up Timezone PM upload copies of approved docs to Timezone Anna, Client partner (+ others as req.) review contract. Partner responsible for ensuring this is signed off Recommended Pitch owner sets up client meeting to introduce AM, SAD, Partner Finalise full team in consultation with functional heads Begin any required recruitment (run by functional heads)

Project starts Required Work beings once contract signed Hold internal kick off, including presenting pitch to team ≥2 weeks mobilization time from win Recommended Work begins once All team leads in place SoW including budget and timings for 1 st phase signed off Hold formal kick off with client
