High performance, single-cycle CIP acid detergent

Break Clean from Traditional CIP… Go Solo!

Go Solo… Unique acid detergent Special blend of organic and mineral acids Replaces standard alkaline/chlorinated detergents Eliminates acidified rinse or acid Removes fats, minerals and proteins Phosphate free One Cycle

Save Water, Energy and Time Go Solo… W.E.T Technology Save Water, Energy and Time

Go Solo… Water Reduce water use with single wash cycle Reduce water discharge Protect environment Increase profits

Go Solo… Energy Save energy with single wash cycle Reduce hot water demands Reduce electricity use Protect environment Increase profits

Go Solo… Time Save time with single wash cycle Reduce cleaning time Increase milking time Increase profits

Go Solo… Increase Production Equals more milking time Equals more cows Less traditional washing time Equals more milking time Equals more cows Equals more milk production Equals more profits

Go Solo… The “Green” Factor Reduce water and chemical use Save energy Reduce burden on lagoon (water and chemical) Reduce or eliminate phosphorus discharge from detergent use

Go Solo… Benefits Eliminates build up of fats, proteins and minerals Contains no harsh chlorine (easier on rubber goods) Reduces equipment wear & replacement costs Reduces water, energy and chemical use Decreases cleaning time Increases production capability

Go Solo… Usage Guideline Acid Cleaning . . . . . .1 oz. per 1-2 gallons of hot water After milking, rinse with warm (120 F) water until the water runs clear. Do not re-circulate the rinse water, divert to the drain. Wash with a solution of 1 oz of Solo for every 1-2 gallons of hot water. Temperature should start at 160 F, and should dump at 110 F. Circulate for 6-10 minutes, with a minimum of 20 slugs. Before milking, sanitize equipment as required by the PMO.
