Teacher Creed As your teacher, I will not tolerate any student in this classroom stopping me from teaching for any reason whatsoever. As your teacher, I will not tolerate any student in this classroom stopping another student from learning for any reason whatsoever. As your teacher, I will not tolerate any student in this classroom doing anything that is not in your best interest or the best interest of the class.

Teacher Creed As your teacher, I am a member of this classroom; there are two things you never do with me: 1. No Manipulations 2. Never question my management system while I am teaching.

Remember the Rules 1. Follow directions 2. Be seated before the bell rings This will be enforced- if you are not in your seat when the bell rings you will sign the behavior log. 3. Come in prepared to class A notebook, pen or pencil, and your novel are required everyday. If you do not have them you will sign the behavior log. 4. Control yourself Inside voices, keep hands and feet to yourself, no swearing, name calling, harassing, or bullying. 5. Outlawed items Keep cell phones off, hats, coats, jackets, food, drinks, electronics, backpacks, hair products, etc- OUT OF SIGHT.

BE on Time Don’t forget Bloom’s tardy policy: 1 st : Warning, conference with student 2 nd : 30 seconds after class, conference with student, contact parent 3 rd : 1 minute after class, conference with student, contact parent 4 th : 1:30 minutes after class, conference with student, parent conference 5 th : Dean’s Referral (at least the remainder of that block plus 1 block in ISS)

Please Note: If you are absent GET YOUR MAKE UP WORK. It is not my job to get you the work. It is your responsibility to ASK! You have the number of days you’re absent plus one day to make-up your work. REMEMBER: IF YOU ARE EVER ABSENT, SEE ME AT PRE DISSMISSAL THE FIRST DAY YOUR ARE BACK!!!

Passes Starting today you will have two passes for the entire quarter. You can redeem them whenever you wish, but once you use it you cannot leave my class for the rest of the quarter.

Substitute Procedure 1. Stay in seat assigned seat AT ALL TIMES. 2. Follow all instructions given by the sub. 3. Follow all classroom procedures as usual. 4. Any students whose names are left by the sub will automatically go to Step 3 in the behavior log.
