“Many a small thing has been made large by the right kind of advertising.”Many a small thing has been made large by the right kind of advertising. Mark Twain

- When all you can feel are the shadows, turn your face towards the sun. Helen Keller

Characters… We are very familiar with Johnny’s famous last words, “Stay Gold Ponyboy.” Now think of other quotes that these characters COULD have said.

Character Quotes Think about what each character has gone through. Come up with a specific quote that gives meaning to one character. Write it on the line provided.

Personal quote… What are your words of wisdom? Give some inspiring advice about life.

In the bubble, write your own inspiring quote... or one that you live by. When you’re done, have me check it and make a final, colored copy to hang up on the cupboards. Be Happy.
