Description:  Cut back sugar and carb  Eating food that is high in protein, fat, and cholesterol.  Avoid food, such as celery and white onion.  Eating grapefruit with every meal.  Cut back on calories --as low as 800 calories per day.  At least 8 glasses of water and 1 cup of coffee daily.
