Why modernize Member/Committee Data? 2 Current data is  Not in one central collection available for distribution  Missing a number of data elements, such as  swearing in date/time  temporal (time) data  Not all elements are available in machine-readable format

Project Goals 3 The Member and Committee Modernization Project seeks to improve how House member and committee data is maintained, used, and distributed across the House, within the Legislative Branch, and to the public.
