Welcome & Overview Welcome to our 4th Annual Supply Chain Summit! Very excited to host our largest Summit yet! Over 40 companies represented, across 20 States and 3 Countries. Who attends our Summit? Blue Horseshoe Customers, Prospects, and Strategic Partners Industry Leaders and Technology Innovators Companies from many different backgrounds and industries, representing different technology solutions, but with a common purpose. Why does Blue Horseshoe host the Supply Chain Summit? How it started… Needed to expand the event as we continued to grow our products & services footprint, and continued to grow our customer base. We wanted a “User Conference” that didn’t focus entirely on a specific solution, but rather on how these solutions can enable companies to succeed and grow

Growth in all of our domestic offices (Carmel, Denver, Columbus, Charlotte) We have expanded our product footprint by developing new solutions within our Supply Chain Suite. Specific Industry “Best Practices” Solutions as well We continue to align ourselves with new innovative and strategic partners

Welcome & Overview Key Note Speaker Introduction Dr. Beth Davis-Sramek Ph.D., Associate Professor at the University of Louisville She is the Associate Editor for the Journal of Business Logistics, and serves on the editorial review board for the Journal of Operations Management Her research focuses on global supply chain issues, including one of the more important topics of today: sustainable operations. Today’s presentation will focus on sustainability within the supply chain, and helping companies assess where they are in that journey while providing a roadmap to help achieve your goals.
