Step 1: Log In Step 1: Log In Use Teacher Remember: do not use spaces in any log in name.

Step 1: Log In Password Your School Trainer can give you the password.

Step 1: Log In Click your class name and click OK Type your individual password

Step 2: Class Enrollment Step 2: Class Enrollment

Step 2: Class Enrollment Click the Students tab to add students to your class.

Step 2: Class Enrollment Click New Student enroll a student to your class who has not been added to the database.

Step 2: Class Enrollment Click Class Enrollment to add a student to your class who is already in the database.

Step 2: Class Enrollment Click the student and then click Add.

Step 3: Making Assignments Click Classes tab Click the Edit Class Assignments button.

Step 3: Making Assignments Note: all skills will be checked. To uncheck, click Deselect All. Choose the skill you want to assign the class and click OK.

Step 3: Making Assignments Click the Students tab and follow this same process to make assignments to the individual student.

Step 4: Edit Parameters Class Most of the Orchard programs will allow you to change what content is presented to the class by the software. Click the Class Tab and click Edit Parameters button to modify content for the class.

Step 4: Edit Parameters Class To modify content for an individual student use the same process in the Students tab.

Step 4: Edit Parameters Class Click the program you wish to edit and click the Edit button.

Step 4: Edit Parameters Class Choose from the top text menus to make desired changes. When finished, click the upper right X.

Step 4: Edit Parameters Class To make all changes apply to the entire class click Yes.

Step 4: Edit Parameters Class Then click Done and log out by clicking the upper right X.

Step 4: Edit Parameters Class Note: Parameter modifications are listed in the Staff Development notebook given to your school trainer.

Step 5: Reports Click the Reports tab. To view an individual student’s report: click the student’s name and select the desired type of report.

Step 5: Reports Click the Reports tab. To view a class report click Class Summary or Print Class Records.
