NBDIP SUMMARY Maintaining a vibrant business district is a challenge for a small community. With the help of this funding the Clifton Community Hopes to increase foot traffic in the Ludlow Business District As visitors leave their autos in the Merchants’ Lot They will stroll down Ludlow Ave Discovering unique boutiques, international cuisine, cultural arts And an imaginative, colorful awning covered respite on Telford Avenue.
