My Situation  75% Extension and 25% Research  No one in years at WTREC had gone up for P & T  First split appointment to go up for P & T  Created my dossier format by patterning after a real good Extension dossier and looking at a couple Research/Teaching dossier

Suggestions  From the start put everything in the Dossier format  Use some good examples as a template  Work on it a little every month
