Workforce Ed NIFL defines Workforce Education as work-related learning experiences which: –can include foundation skills, technical knowledge and computer skills; –serve either employed or unemployed workers; –are provided either inside or outside the workplace; –focus on the skills and knowledge to get and keep jobs –meet demands for productivity, safety, and advancement Prepare your students for the ever-changing business environment. Help them develop and hone the skills, training and experience they will need to compete in today’s job market.
