STI  learns from the constituencies it serves and analyzes its capacity to serve their needs (surveys).  demonstrates responsiveness to constituencies (programs where there is a need )

 Understanding and support for the mission pervade STI  All levels of planning align with STI’s mission,…enhancing our capacity to fulfill that mission.  STI creates effective learning environments  STI’s learning resources support student learning and effective teaching.
