Page 14 We help! Instruction of Eye Doctors Scholarship Program Dr. Ngona Banga was one of the first from DR Congo who in 2005 began to study opthalmology at the University of Nairobi. Initiated by Dr. Jürgen Davids the scholarship was financed by LC Nettetal and the clubs of the zone. Meanwhile Dr. Banga works in Buta Hospital and outside in Bas-Uele District. He joined LC Bunia, District 409.
