Atherton Top surface of Battery and Actuator Motor Cover to be aligned to improve aesthetic balance. The trolley is not suitable for travelling up ramps due to the centre wheel. A warning note must be added to the operating manual. Actuator travel pin to be limit switched at start and end of stroke. An LED is required to indicate “Carriage Lock”. Atherton To avoid the Actuator driving the Carriage when not locked into loading position, a micro-switch is to be mounted at the end of each rail. Both micro-switches must be activated at the same time to allow the carriage to drive. This can only be achieved when the trolley is properly locked to the chamber rail. Atherton Laser to be powered by common household batteries. An easily accessible battery compartment is required. Note! Laser Warning label required. Brake cable entry and travel to be determined.
