 Department achieved Bronze award in October 2011  IiP will be assessing achievement against the standard in November 2014 – we are not just aiming to maintain Bronze but to achieve Silver  39 evidence requirements to achieve the standard  An additional 26 evidence requirements to achieve Bronze  An additional 76 evidence requirements to achieve Silver

 IiP Assessor selects team members to hold 1:1 discussions with (this will be a random selection of top managers, managers and staff)  Discussions are in relation to aspects of the IiP framework  IiP Assessor will be interested in any documentation used to help manage, communicate and develop the team (e.g. business plan, strategy, training matrix, appraisals)  Evaluation of comments received against each evidence requirement

 Focus on areas for development- building on what we are doing now  Volunteers- who wants to be involved?  Prioritise areas for development- pulling together ideas of what we need to be doing  Creating Task & Finish groups
