IiP Assessor selects team members to hold 1:1 discussions with (this will be a random selection of top managers, managers and staff) Discussions are in relation to aspects of the IiP framework IiP Assessor will be interested in any documentation used to help manage, communicate and develop the team (e.g. business plan, strategy, training matrix, appraisals) Evaluation of comments received against each evidence requirement
Focus on areas for development- building on what we are doing now Volunteers- who wants to be involved? Prioritise areas for development- pulling together ideas of what we need to be doing Creating Task & Finish groups
