It’s not only the widgets, tools and strategies that have grown my business....

.... It’s also has been the simple changes I have made and rituals and habits that I have followed...

Rituals- An established or prescribed procedure Wiki says- A Ritual is a sequence of activities involving gestures, words, and objects, performed in a sequestered place, and performed according to a set sequence. Habits/You do it even when you don’t want to or feel like it!!!

Morning Success Ritual -wake up -drink 12 oz water -exercise (-listen to self talk and then audible) cardio-lift-core -stretch -meditation (guided) -Write in journal (Day One App) -affirmations/goals/grateful (5 minute journal app) -shower -Green smoothie -Bulletproof and 40/40/20 Results….focus…..energy…..success

You Only Need an Extra 90 Seconds- 30/30/30 1. Reduces Stress 2. Strengthens Your Immune System Increases disease-fighting white blood cells 3. Improves Blood Circulation Arteries and veins constrict- allows high pressure blood flow 4. Increases the Ability To Burn Fat Creates burn energy 5. Aids in Battling Depression

1. Time-block it twice a day- 11:00 AM 4:00 PM Scan between time-blocks and only look for important items to either delegate or schedule (Block minutes in the morning to post to social media, etc) “Your inbox is nothing more than a convenient organization system for other people’s agenda’s.”

THINGS THAT HAVE CHANGED MY LIFE AND MY BUSINESS Essentialism. Focus on the essential. Eliminate distractions. Say no. Warren Buffett- “The difference between successful people and the VERY successful people is that the VERY successful people say no to almost everything!”

TIME-BLOCKING Google Calendar (text alerts, phone, computer)

Flex Time or 60/60/30 Focus= “Eliminate Distractions” Schedule in your calendar time for completing projects, phone call time-blocks, strategies, etc…. 50 minutes focused work (get rid off ALL distractions 10 minutes break- clear your mind 50 minutes focused work 10 minutes break- take a walk, listen to music 30 minute lunch *you will get more done in these 2 hours than a complete day with constant distractions:)

THINGS THAT HAVE CHANGED MY LIFE AND MY BUSINESS “If taking action before the perfect conditions arise, or before we receive permission, is unreasonable or reckless, then we must be unreasonable and reckless. We must remember we are not the sum of our intentions but of our actions.” Period!
