Hag Fish Class: Agnatha Scientific Name: Myxine glutinosa Common Name: Hag Fish Environment: Fresh water Scientific Facts: -Weakness- slow moving -Attacking- they eat their way into the victim's body and leaving only the skin and skeleton -Adaptation and their defense is it’s dangerous white slime when feeding, distressed, or threatened -Slime comes through glands along length of body and protects it from attacks, and could even threaten or suffocate predators Extras -Favorite Food- Mud Pie w/ Gummy Worms (They prey on small invertebrates living in the mud). -Greatest Fear- Wallets ( some wallets are made of hag fish skin). -Favorite Band- HagFish (punk rock band).
