3 Please review the following slides to get to know the new features of AMS InStar so you can start being more efficient and productive today!

4 Updated start-up screen:

5 Client screen: Newly designed Newly designed, it provides an advanced way to manage your contact information. Tabs make it easier to navigate and find information quickly.

6 Policy screen: Tabs make navigation easy In addition to ease of navigation, tabs also help organize policy and other information in a logical manner to make it more intuitive.

7 Setup screen: Tabs There are eight key tabs on the main setup screen. Most of these have logical sub-tabs to better organize information that was only available on a single page in earlier versions.

8 Client screen: Adding phone and fax numbers is a snap! Simply drag and drop numbers from the contact window to the phone number window and save time and errors. Simple huh? Productive too.

9 Client screen: Drag and drop individual phone numbers The drag and drop feature works for individual phones numbers. There is now no limit to how many numbers you can store!

10 Need to delete old contact numbers? Simply right-click to access a menu with an option to delete numbers. Client screen: Deleting contact numbers

11 Select the F2 key or customer information from the main menu to open multiple client records. We will continue to add this feature to other windows in future releases. Open multiple client screens simultaneously:

12 New Window Menu Option: This new option provides a simple drop down to move from one window to another, making it even easier to move around in the system.

13 Binders, Certificates and ACCORD applications: New layout makes these simpler to use without any additional learning curve.

14 Enhanced search capabilities: Contact name, phone number, city, state or zip code will help you find the right client record easily and quickly.

15 Colorful pie charts for payables and receivables provide you with a simple overview to easily analyze your business. More types of charts will be available in future releases. Business intelligence:

16 Simple design: We listened to your feedback and have maintained the simple look and feel and the intuitive design features that make AMS InStar great.
