Stakeholdering  technical interface standards with ITSC  will it be a secure FTP, secure shell, other protocol?  details of document access security granularity  document set (by subject?) priorities with MOSC  what should we work on first: price reports, energy reports, system status reports, settlement documents, invoices?  What document sets should we be defining?  for each document set, IMO proposes:  to invite participation and form focused market stakeholder groups rather than consume time in the standing committees  time commitment and stakeholder task schedule to be defined before focus group formed to ensure project progresses and that committed active stakeholders participate IT Standing Committee Meeting September 09, 2003
