Beginning ---topic sentence  1. I will examine whether famous Chinese sites of historical interest should charge high fees during peak travel seasons or not.

Body--- para. Topic sentence and para. Coherence

Topic setences within para.  The way to present points: orderly, no overlapping, logical reasoning.

 1. first, charging higher fees can limit the number of tourists… second, as the increase of tourists, the fees of maintain the sites are higher. They have to charge higher fees to protect the sites of historical interest.

 To begin with, …help to protect those sites.  Then, we can use the money to maintain and restore those sites.

 For one thing, due to the higher fees charged during peak travel season, the number of visitors will decrease so as to minimize the influence on local traffic, local people’s normal life peace and local environment.  For another, this extra money can be used to improve quality of local people’s life and local environment.

 Key words stand out right after transitionals

 1. to begin with, by icreasing the fees during peak travel seasons, the tourists’ number will drop, which in turn protect these historical sites from being excessively damaged.

 What’s more, the loss of profit caused by the decresed of the number of the visitors is more obvious than the benefits obtained from the extra money charged during busy travel season compared with usual.

 Firstly, it is not necessary to raise the price.  Finally, higher fees mean worsening abuse of power.
