فلما سمع هذا فيلكس امهلهم اذ كان يعلم باكثر تحقيق امور هذا الطريق قائلا متى انحدر ليسياس الامير افحص عن اموركم. و امر قائد المئة ان يحرس بولس و تكون له رخصة و ان لا يمنع احدا من اصحابه ان يخدمه او ياتي اليه. But when Felix heard these things, having more accurate knowledge of [the] Way, he adjourned the proceedings and said, "When Lysias the commander comes down, I will make a decision on your case". So he commanded the centurion to keep Paul and to let [him] have liberty, and told him not to forbid any of his friends to provide for or visit him.

ثم بعد ايام جاء فيلكس مع دروسلا امراته و هي يهودية فاستحضر بولس و سمع منه عن الايمان بالمسيح. و بينما كان يتكلم عن البر و التعفف و الدينونة العتيدة ان تكون ارتعب فيلكس و اجاب اما الان فاذهب و متى حصلت على وقت استدعيك. And after some days, when Felix came with his wife Drusilla, who was Jewish, he sent for Paul and heard him concerning the faith in Christ. Now as he reasoned about righteousness, self-control, and the judgment to come, Felix was afraid and answered, "Go away for now; when I have a convenient time I will call for you".

و كان ايضا يرجو ان يعطيه بولس دراهم ليطلقه و لذلك كان يستحضره مرارا اكثر و يتكلم معه. و لكن لما كملت سنتان قبل فيلكس بوركيوس فستوس خليفة له و اذ كان فيلكس يريد ان يودع اليهود منة ترك بولس مقيدا ( اع 24 : 22 – 27) Meanwhile he also hoped that money would be given him by Paul, that he might release him. Therefore he sent for him more often and conversed with him. But after two years Porcius Festus succeeded Felix; and Felix, wanting to do the Jews a favor, left Paul bound (Acts 24 : 22 – 27(

الإيمان بالمسيح.... والبر Believing in Christ … & Righteousness واوجد فيه وليس لي بري الذي من الناموس بل الذي بايمان المسيح البر الذي من الله بالايمان. لاعرفه وقوة قيامته وشركة الامه متشبها بموته ( في 3 : 9- 10) and be found in Him, not having my own righteousness, which [is] from the law, but that which [is] through faith in Christ, the righteousness which is from God by faith; that I may know Him and the power of His resurrection, and the fellowship of His sufferings, being conformed to His death,. (Phi 3 : 9-10)

ام لستم تعلمون ان الظالمين لا يرثون ملكوت الله لا تضلوا لا زناة و لا عبدة اوثان و لا فاسقون و لا مابونون و لا مضاجعو ذكور. و لا سارقون و لا طماعون و لا سكيرون و لا شتامون ولا خاطفون يرثون ملكوت الله. و هكذا كان اناس منكم لكن اغتسلتم بل تقدستم بل تبررتم باسم الرب يسوع و بروح الهنا. (1 كو 6 : 9-11) And such were some of you. لانه ان كان بخطية الواحد قد ملك الموت بالواحد فبالاولى كثيرا الذين ينالون فيض النعمة و عطية البر سيملكون في الحياة بالواحد يسوع المسيح. فاذا كما بخطية واحدة صار الحكم الى جميع الناس للدينونة هكذا ببر واحد صارت For if by the one man's offense death reigned through the one, much more those who receive abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness will reign in life through the One, Jesus Christ). Therefore, as through one man's offense [judgment] came to all men, resulting in condemnation, even so through one Man's righteous act الإيمان بالمسيح.... والبر Believing in Christ … & Righteousness

الهبة الى جميع الناس لتبرير الحياة. لانه كما بمعصية الانسان الواحد جعل الكثيرون خطاة هكذا ايضا باطاعة الواحد سيجعل الكثيرون ابرارا. ( رو 5 : ) [the free gift came] to all men, resulting in justification of life. For as by one man's disobedience many were made sinners, so also by one Man's obedience many will be made righteous. فاذ قد تبررنا بالايمان لنا سلام مع الله بربنا يسوع المسيح. الذي به ايضا قد صار لنا الدخول بالايمان الى هذه النعمة التي نحن فيها مقيمون و نفتخر على رجاء مجد الله. و ليس ذلك فقط بل نفتخر ايضا في الضيقات عالمين ان الضيق ينشئ صبرا. و الصبر تزكية و التزكية رجاء. و الرجاء لا يخزي لان محبة الله قد انسكبت في قلوبنا بالروح القدس المعطى لنا. ( رو 5 : 1 - 5) Therefore, having been justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ, through whom also we have access by faith into this grace in which we stand, and rejoice in hope of the glory of God. And not only [that,] but we also glory in tribulations, knowing that tribulation produces perseverance; and perseverance, character; and character, hope. Now hope does not disappoint, because the love of God has been poured out in our hearts by the Holy Spirit who was given to us. (Rom 5 : 1 – 5)

و قال لقوم واثقين بانفسهم انهم ابرار و يحتقرون الاخرين هذا المثل انسانان صعدا الى الهيكل ليصليا واحد فريسي و الاخر عشار. اما الفريسي فوقف يصلي في نفسه هكذا اللهم انا اشكرك اني لست مثل باقي الناس الخاطفين الظالمين الزناة و لا مثل هذا العشار. اصوم مرتين في الاسبوع و اعشر كل ما اقتنيه. Also He spoke this parable to some who trusted in themselves that they were righteous, and despised others: "Two men went up to the temple to pray, one a Pharisee and the other a tax collector. "The Pharisee stood and prayed thus with himself, 'God, I thank You that I am not like other men -- extortioners, unjust, adulterers, or even as this tax collector. I fast twice a week; I give tithes of all that I possess’

و اما العشار فوقف من بعيد لا يشاء ان يرفع عينيه نحو السماء بل قرع على صدره قائلا اللهم ارحمني انا الخاطئ. اقول لكم ان هذا نزل الى بيته مبررا دون ذاك لان كل من يرفع نفسه يتضع و من يضع نفسه يرتفع. ( لو 18 : ) "And the tax collector, standing afar off, would not so much as raise [his] eyes to heaven, but beat his breast, saying, 'God, be merciful to me a sinner!'. "I tell you, this man went down to his house justified [rather] than the other; for everyone who exalts himself will be humbled, and he who humbles himself will be exalted". (Rom 5 : 1 – 5)

من يظلم فليظلم بعد و من هو نجس فليتنجس بعد و من هو بار فليتبرر بعد و من هو مقدس فليتقدس بعد (رؤ 22 : 11) "He who is unjust, let him be unjust still; he who is filthy, let him be filthy still; he who is righteous, let him be righteous still; he who is holy, let him be holy still" (Rev 22 : 11)

و ان كان البار بالجهد يخلص فالفاجر و الخاطئ اين يظهران (1 بط 4 : 18) Now "If the righteous one is scarcely saved, Where will the ungodly and the sinner appear?" (1Pe 4 : 18) الإيمان بالمسيح.... والتعفف Believing in Christ … & Self Control و كل من يجاهد يضبط نفسه في كل شيء اما اولئك فلكي ياخذوا اكليلا يفنى و اما نحن فاكليلا لا يفنى (1 كو 9 : 25) And everyone who competes [for the prize] is temperate in all things. Now they [do it] to obtain a perishable crown, but we [for] an imperishable [crown] (1Co 9 : 25)

الإيمان بالمسيح.... والتعفف Believing in Christ … & Self Control ان تخلعوا من جهة التصرف السابق الانسان العتيق الفاسد بحسب شهوات الغرور. و تتجددوا بروح ذهنكم. و تلبسوا الانسان الجديد المخلوق بحسب الله في البر و قداسة الحق. لذلك اطرحوا عنكم الكذب و تكلموا بالصدق كل واحد مع قريبه لاننا بعضنا اعضاء البعض.( اف 4 : 22 – 25) that you put off, concerning your former conduct, the old man which grows corrupt according to the deceitful lusts, and be renewed in the spirit of your mind, and that you put on the new man which was created according to God, in true righteousness and holiness. Therefore, putting away lying, ["Let] each one [of you] speak truth with his neighbor," for we are members of one another. (Eph 4 : 22 – 25)

فاذ قد تالم المسيح لاجلنا بالجسد تسلحوا انتم ايضا بهذه النية فان من تالم في الجسد كف عن الخطية. لكي لا يعيش ايضا الزمان الباقي في الجسد لشهوات الناس بل لارادة الله. لان زمان الحياة الذي مضى يكفينا لنكون قد عملنا ارادة الامم سالكين في الدعارة و الشهوات و ادمان الخمر و البطر و المنادمات Therefore, since Christ suffered for us in the flesh, arm yourselves also with the same mind, for he who has suffered in the flesh has ceased from sin, that he no longer should live the rest of [his] time in the flesh for the lusts of men, but for the will of God. For we [have spent] enough of our past lifetime in doing the will of the Gentiles -- when we walked in lewdness, lusts, drunkenness, revelries, drinking parties,

و عبادة الاوثان المحرمة. الامر الذي فيه يستغربون انكم لستم تركضون معهم الى فيض هذه الخلاعة عينها مجدفين. الذين سوف يعطون حسابا للذي هو على استعداد ان يدين الاحياء و الاموات. (1 بط 4 : 1 - 5) and abominable idolatries. In regard to these, they think it strange that you do not run with [them] in the same flood of dissipation, speaking evil of [you]. They will give an account to Him who is ready to judge the living and the dead. (1Pet 4 : 1 - 5)

الإيمان بالمسيح.... والدينونة Believing in Christ … & the Judgment to Come هكذا يكون في انقضاء العالم يخرج الملائكة و يفرزون الاشرار من بين الابرار. ( مت 13 : 49) So shall it be at the end of the world: the angels shall come forth, and sever the wicked from among the just (Mat 13 : 49) لانه لا بد اننا جميعا نظهر امام كرسي المسيح لينال كل واحد ما كان بالجسد بحسب ما صنع خيرا كان ام شرا. (2 كو 5 : 10) For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ; that every one may receive the things [done] in [his] body, according to that he hath done, whether [it be] good or bad. (2Co 5 : 10)

الإيمان بالمسيح.... والدينونة Believing in Christ … & the Judgment to Come قدم لهم مثلا اخر قائلا يشبه ملكوت السماوات انسانا زرع زرعا جيدا في حقله. و فيما الناس نيام جاء عدوه و زرع زوانا في وسط الحنطة و مضى. فلما طلع النبات و صنع ثمرا حينئذ ظهر الزوان ايضا. Another parable put he forth unto them, saying, The kingdom of heaven is likened unto a man which sowed good seed in his field: But while men slept, his enemy came and sowed tares among the wheat, and went his way. But when the blade was sprung up, and brought forth fruit, then appeared the tares also.

الإيمان بالمسيح.... والدينونة Believing in Christ … & the Judgment to Come فجاء عبيد رب البيت و قالوا له يا سيد اليس زرعا جيدا زرعت في حقلك فمن اين له زوان. لانه اقام يوما هو فيه مزمع ان يدين المسكونة بالعدل برجل قد عينه مقدما للجميع ايمانا اذ اقامه من الاموات ( اع 17 : 31) "because He has appointed a day on which He will judge the world in righteousness by the Man whom He has ordained. He has given assurance of this to all by raising Him from the dead" (Act 17 : 31) لا تتعجبوا من هذا فانه تاتي ساعة فيها يسمع جميع الذين في القبور صوته فيخرج الذين فعلوا الصالحات الى قيامة الحياة و الذين عملوا السيات الى قيامة الدينونة. ( يو 5 : ) "Do not marvel at this; for the hour is coming in which all who are in the graves will hear His voice ” and come forth -- those who have done good, to the resurrection of life, and those who have done evil, to the resurrection of condemnation.(Joh 5 : )

لكني اقول لكم الحق انه خير لكم ان انطلق لانه ان لم انطلق لا ياتيكم المعزي و لكن ان ذهبت ارسله اليكم. و متى جاء ذاك يبكت العالم على خطية و على بر و على دينونة. اما على خطية فلانهم لا يؤمنون بي. و اما على بر فلاني ذاهب الى ابي و لا ترونني ايضا. و اما على دينونة فلان رئيس هذا العالم قد دين.( يو 16 : 7 – 11) "Nevertheless I tell you the truth.
