Burj Khalifa BurjKhalifa-the highest skyscraper in the world, located in Dubai. Having a height of 829 m and weight of 500.000 t. It is made of glass and steel. The shape of the building resembles a stalagmite. Burj Khalifa has 168 floors. «Dubai Tower» was designed as a «city within a city»- with their own lawns, boulevards and parks. Inside the building housed a hotel, apartments, offices, shopping centers and more.

Burj Khalifa The building has 57 elevators. In this case only the service elevator rises from the first floor to the last. Residents and visitors of the skyscraper will have to move between floors with transfers. Glass elevators in BurjKhalifa can develop a speed of 10m/sec. The total cost of the construction-1,5 billion dollars
