Benefits for the customer INCREASE OF MACHINE PRODUCTIVITY Productivity is measured by how many tons a machine can produce per hour regardless of the weight of different materials at any given time as conditions change during operations. The productivity target is to be able to maintain a preset speed at all time over the entire pressure range for the motors operating both the screen box and conveyor belts. The CV691 feeds out the needed oil flow to the motor at all time that is over the whole pressure range as conditions and material weights changes over time. Energy Saving. A system with the CV 691 offers considerable less pressure drop than today’s system, which thereby reduces the heat in the system and thereby reduces the internal leakage in all pumps and motors. The effect is that it stabilizes the speed of the motors as any internal leakage of the all hydraulic components causes volumetric inefficiencies ( Heat is an energy thief which will change conditions.) The CV691 has a very distinct pressure cut off point, which has the effect that the motors will not have any gradual speed reduction up to the set opening pressure point.

Benefits for the customer ENERGY SAVING FOR THE END USER Energy savings for the machine user is defined as the consumption of diesel to get at certain amount of material moved from A to B in a certain time. We have measured the pressure drop (energy loss) between the today's system and the Nimco CV 691 at an inlet flow of 90 Lpm and outlet flow of 70 Lpm. Conclusion : CV691 will have 3,0 kW less power loss than the today´s system. Three valves on one machine will be 9 kW less power. Savings of diesel per year : The customer will then SAVE liters diesel fuel per year. Saving in £ per year for the machine user : £ GPB per year.

Benefits for the customer CV691´S PERFORMANCE CURVES Pressure Setting Point Constant flow out from the valve to the motor

Benefits for the customer

Power loss Energy saving up to 3,5 kW Per conveyor

Volumetric efficiency Volumetric losses (speed reaction) increase with power losses (heat) that are created in the system

Summary of advantages Cost saving on components Increase of the productivity Less power loss Energy saving
